South Los Angeles Youth Council:
This paid council of South Los Angeles youth from all walks of life looks at the challenges and issues facing their peers, families and communities and seeks to find viable solutions to address them. Convened by Peace Over Violence and further supported by the Microsoft Elevate America Initiative and The California Endowment, the council is supported by numerous members of the South Los Angeles Building Healthy Communities collaborative.
